Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
Request for repeat prescriptions should be put in the post box provided at reception or posted to us with a stamped, addressed envelope. Please remember to use your repeat slip attached to your prescription
when re-ordering. To avoid mistakes, the receptionists have been instructed not to take requests over the phone as this also blocks the lines for appointment requests and emergencies. However, exceptions are
made for the housebound. Your prescription should be ready within two working days (48 hours) for collection.
