Triage Clinics
Elaine Richards, Advanced Nurse Practitioner joined our practice in May 2011. Elaine has since started operating a triage clinic 3 days a week to assist doctor's appointments. Patients calling on a morning to request a same day doctor's appointment may be asked to be seen by Elaine for minor illnesses and injuries. This requires receptionists to ask questions regarding your symptoms in order to gather further information for the appointment to be made with the right person. Your confidentiality will remain the same, but triaging patients with the nurse may save doctors appointments for more serious cases.
Triage is currently on the following days/times
