Practice History

Field Road Surgery is based within Pinfold Health Centre. A new purpose-built modern health centre erected in 2004, it offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere with easy access for the disabled.

The practice area covers Bloxwich and surrounding areas of Blakehall, Leamore, Beechdale and Little Bloxwich.

Staff Training - Please note that from the 8/4/13 the practice will be closed on the 2nd Monday of each month from 1pm to 4pm for staff training.

Patient Representative Group - Date of next meeting - the next meeting of the PRG will take place on the 7th of May 2013 at 6.30pm

Yellow Fever Vaccination - the surgery now provides Yellow Fever vaccination to registered and non-registered patients as a Designated Yellow Fever Centre. Please contact the surgery on 01922 775139/40 to book an appointment with Elaine Richards if you require this vaccination. The cost of administrering the injection is £60 and we charge £10 for reissuing of certificates.
